As the Chairman of the Board and President (male), Hu Gongzhao was born in Yueqing of Zhejiang Province in January 1976 and has the professional title of middle school first-level teacher and enterprise trainer. Hu graduated from ZhejiangNormalUniversity with a master’s degree, and admitted by Liushi Middle School of Yueqing in August 1976 as a teacher of geography, and has been awarded the Nationwide Prominent Teacher. He shows great assiduity in his work ever since he took up his job, and has been an active writer in addition to teaching. Hu has won the honor of “excellent science and technology tutor of Wenzhou” and “advanced worker of Wenzhou”, and many of his papers have won prizes in the city of Wenzhou and ZhejiangProvince or have been published on state-class core journals. Nan Yongsheng, Director and CFO of the Group. Nan was born in Yueqing of Zhejiang Province in October 1967 and has the professional title of engineer and enterprise trainer. He graduated from the Department of Electronic Engineering of Hangzhou University in 1990 with a bachelor’s degree. Started to engage in pioneering tide of Wenzhou mode in 1991, and took the position of vice president of Tianzhou Group in the same year. During the period from 1993 to 2002, he served as the vice president of Xinhua Electrical Appliance Group and the president and general manager of Xinhua Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd. During his term of office, the Xinhua Group achieved respectable profit and sales performance and was awarded honors of “Nationwide Advanced Township Enterprise”, “Nationwide Large Enterprise”, “China Famous Brand High Quality Products”, “Provincial Advanced Enterprise”, “Provincial Major Backbone Enterprise”, etc. Personally, Nan has been honored titles of “Top Ten Outstanding Young Entrepreneurs of Wenzhou”, “Advanced Individual of Non-government Funded Education in Wenzhou”, “Ten Best Young Entrepreneurs of Yueqing City Establishing Business Outside the City”, “Outstanding Factory Director and Manager of Wenzhou”, etc. Currently, he is the Director and CFO of the Group and party branch secretary.

Lin Bin, Director and Teaching Director of the Group. Lin was born in Yueqing of Zhejiang Province in April 1971 and has the professional title of middle school first-level teacher and enterprise trainer. He graduated from HangzhouUniversity in 1992 with a bachelor’s degree, and has been awarded honors of “First Prize of Paper Contest of Yueqing”, “New-star Educationist of Yueqing” and “New-star Educationist of Wenzhou City”. Lin once served as headmaster of LuqiaoChinwinSchool, general manager of Taizhou Business Division of the Group and vice president of the Group; currently, he is the Teaching Director of the Group.

Hu Yonggang, Director of the Group, General Manager of Wenzhou Business Division of the Group and Headmaster of WenzhouChinwinSchool. Hu was born in Xuan’en of Hubei Province in March 1977 and has the professional title of middle school third-level teacher and enterprise trainer. He graduated from Hubei Institute for Nationalities in 1998 with an associate degree in education administration, and served in Gaoluo Middle School of Xuan’en Town of Hubei Province as a secretary of the Communist Youth League; He relocated to Wenzhou of Zhejiang Province in August 2000 and worked as a technician in China People Electrical Appliance Group and then in Wenzhou Weili Lighters Co., Ltd.; in 2001, he served in Technology Department of China People Electrical Appliance Group. Starting from June 2002, he took the position of CAD and Pro/E course teacher and headmaster of LiushiLinliComputerSchool and then HongqiaoLiushiLinliComputerSchool. In 2006, he was the headmaster of four schools. Currently, Hu is the General Manager of Wenzhou Business Division of the Group.

Chen Yun, Director of the Group and General Manager of Industry Business Division of the Group. Chen was born in Yueqing of Zhejiang Province in May 1975 and has the professional title of middle school second-level teacher and enterprise trainer. He graduated from WenzhouNormalCollege in 1996 with a bachelor’s degree and was then temporarily transferred to LiushiMiddle School. Currently, Chen is pursuing further study in EMBA class of ZhejiangWanliUniversity. In October 2002, Chen joined Wenzhou Linli Computer Company; after that, he served as the headmaster of LiushiChinwinSchool, general manager of Wenzhou Business Division of the Group and brand market director of the Group. Currently, Chen is the General Manager of Industry Business Division of the Group.

Du Wangli, Chairman of Supervisors of the Group and Headmaster of LonggangChinwinSchool of CangnanCity. Du was born in Wenzhou of Zhejiang Province in January 1971 and has the professional title of middle school senior teacher and is a member of CPC. He graduated from WenzhouNormalCollege in 1992 with a bachelor’s degree in politics. After starting his career in August 1992, Du was awarded the title of “Outstanding Teacher of the County” and “Advanced Educational Worker” for a number of times. He joined Chinwin Education Group in May 2005, and served as the headmaster of Longgang Chinwin School of Cangnan City and then general manager of Wenzhou Business Division. Currently, Du is the headmaster of LonggangChinwinSchool of the Group.

Zhou Zuoyun, Chairman of Supervisors of the Group, General Manager of Wenzhou Business Division and Headmaster of HongqiaoChinwinSchool. Zhou was born in Cixi of Zhejiang Province in May 1974 and has the professional title of middle school second-level teacher. She graduated from ZhejiangNormalUniversity in 1997 with a bachelor’s degree and is now a master degree candidate. Zhou taught senior middle school geography in Hongnan Middle School of Yueqing city for two years from 1997 to 1999. During 1999 through 2003, she was transferred to Liushi Middle School of Yueqing to teach senior middle school geography for three years. Now she has been engaged in the education cause for 10 years. Qian Chengzhang, CIO of the Group. Qian was born in Yueqing of Zhejiang Province in May 1981. He graduated from Information Engineering School of Zhejiang Forestry University with a bachelor’s degree in computer science and technology. He joined Chinwin Education Group in July 2005 and has since then been devoted to research and development of enterprise informationization and has made considerable contributions to the development of the Group. Wu Kaiguo,Director of Human Resources of the Group. Wu was born in Zaoyang of Hubei Province in December 1962 and graduated from XiangfanUniversity in July 1989 with an associate degree in History and Politics. He once served as research staff of Gengji Education Administration Committee of Zhaoyang of Hubei Province, director of CPC Committee Office and CPC committee number of GengjiCounty, commissary in charge of publicity in CPC committee of LutouCounty and deputy head of LutouCounty. We has had preliminary exploration of education, teaching and their rules, is familiar with practice and procedure of HR works and has good organization and coordination ability and strong practical writing ability. Tu was born in Jing’an of Jiangxi Province in October 1976 and graduated from Nanchang University in 2000 with a bachelor’s degree in applied electronics and has many years of experience of management and education work. He established DatongComputerTrainingCenter in 2000 and took the position as manager. Tu once served in Founder Group Guangzhou Company as a technician and in Taiwan Shenglong Group as the production supervisor of Shenzhen district. He joined Chinwin Education Group and took the position of computer teacher in 2004. He was promoted to director of teaching affair of YuechengSchool of the Group in August 2004 and further promoted to vice headmaster of YuechengSchool of the Group in October. Tu was transferred to DajingPeiyingSchool of the Group to serve as the headmaster in February 2005, and then transferred to CixiSchool of the Ningbo Business Division of the Group in October of the same year. Guo Keming, General Manager of Taizhou Business Division of the Group and Headmaster of JiaojiangChinwinSchool of TaizhouCity. Guo, a CPC member, was born in Yiyang of Hunan Province in April 1983 and graduated from the Mathematics and Computer Science Department of Hunan City University in 2004. He joined Chinwin Education Group in June and served as the assistant of the headmaster of HongqiaoLinliComputerTraining School and HR manager of the Group from July to September of 2004, and as the headmaster of HongqiaoLinliComputerTraining School from October 2004 to November 2006. Chen Jinxiu, Supervisors of the Group and General Manager of Six Arts Business Division

Chen was born on 24th April 1949 and grated from Biology Department of Central China Normal University. She also completed courses of graduate class of Theory of Literature and Art in 2001 and courses of graphic design and fashion design in June 2002. Chen served as an associate professor in HubeiAgriculturalCollege in 1975 and once took the position of vice secretary of Party general branch of the Department of Gardening. She established a psychological counseling room in her spare time to provide psychological counseling for all students in the college, and was elected “Advanced Education Workers” and “Outstanding Party Member” for consecutive years. Chen has published scores of articles on state and provincial level journals such as China Education Newspaper, Higher Education, Bulletin of Biology, Botany, Growth, etc., and compiled teaching and experimentation textbook.
