The investment subject of the Group is Yueqing Chinwin Education Technology Co., Ltd., which founded the earliest member of the Group, Wenzhou Qearth Computer Co., Ltd., in November 1991, and established Chinwin Education Group on July 1st 2005.

Currently, the Group has established training schools and enterprises in Hangzhou, Ningbo, Wenzhou, Taizhou, etc., and its industry includes vocational training, student quality training and care, nursery education, printing and others. Now the Group has a total asset of 100 million Yuan, owns 38 training schools and 7 companies and has more than 400 full-time employees. In 2007, the Group enrolled 36,000 students. To date, a total of 140,000 students have graduated from the schools of the Group.

The Group keeps innovating in the process of development, commits to “enhancing vocational skills of labors, enabling them to get better jobs and improving their quality of life” and has established the management concept of “running school by experts and human orientation”. In 2007, the group has formed a brand structure with Chinwin as enterprise brand and Qearth, Five Beauties (五美), Six Arts (六艺) and Guangmang as segment brands, and unified its shares, which paves the way for the Group’s IPO.
